How long does it take to build a website?

Most sites are live within 7 to 14 days from the moment we have your details, photos and content. Simple one-pagers can sometimes be done in under a week. Larger custom builds with multiple service pages or special features may take 3–4 weeks.

How much does a website cost?

Two options. Monthly: £75/month with no upfront cost — includes the website, hosting, support, and basic SEO. One-off: £295 for a single page, £495 for three pages, £650 for five or more, with optional hosting at £15/month after.

I already get work from Facebook. Do I really need a website?

Facebook is great for the people who already know about you — friends, regulars, word-of-mouth referrals. A website covers the people who don't know about you yet, the ones typing "[your trade] near me" into Google. Most businesses benefit from both. A Facebook page on its own is leaving work on the table.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Monthly plans are monthly — cancel any time with no fee, no notice period drama. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in a twelve-month tie-in. If we're not doing a good job, you shouldn't have to stick around.

What if I don't have a domain or hosting?

On the £75/month plan, hosting is included — nothing to set up on your end. For one-off builds we can host it for you at £15/month, or help you set up your own. For domains, we register them at cost through Cloudflare (around £8–11/year for a .co.uk or .com), so there's no markup on the renewal.

Will my website actually show up on Google?

Yes — every site we build comes SEO-ready out of the box with proper page titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, fast page speed, and mobile-first design. That gets you into the game. Ranking high enough to consistently beat competitors locally takes ongoing SEO work, which is included on the monthly plan or available as a standalone service.

Can you take over a website I already have?

Usually, yes. We can migrate most existing websites to our hosting and then make whatever updates you need. We'll take a quick look first and give you an honest answer — sometimes a fresh build costs less in the long run than patching up an old one.

What's the difference between you and a big agency?

Price, speed, and who you talk to. Agencies have project managers, account managers, designers, developers and an overhead structure that has to be paid for. We're deliberately small. You deal with one person from quote to launch and beyond — usually the same person doing the actual work.

Where are you based?

UK-based, covering the whole country. Most of our communication happens by phone, email or video call, which means location isn't really a factor. We've worked with businesses from Cornwall to the Highlands.

What if I just need help with one thing?

That's fine. IT consulting is charged by the hour at £45, or in half-day blocks from £200. Whether it's setting up a business email, sorting out a slow computer, or just explaining what your accountant has asked you to do — give us a ring.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Hosting includes daily backups, security monitoring, software updates and the small text or photo changes you'll want after launch. Bigger changes (new pages, new features) are quoted per job. You won't get a surprise invoice for emailing a typo correction.
