Digidales (referred to here as "we", "us", "our") provides web design, SEO, hosting, and IT consulting services to UK trades and small businesses. By engaging us for any service, you agree to these terms.
All prices on this site are correct at the time of publication and are quoted in GBP. Specific quotes given to clients are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Prices can change for ongoing services, but we'll always give you at least 30 days' notice before any change takes effect.
One-off builds require a 50% deposit before work starts, with the balance payable on launch. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Late payment may delay work or result in temporary suspension of hosting.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no fee or notice period required. If you cancel mid-month, the current month is not refunded. For one-off builds: if you cancel before launch, the deposit is non-refundable; if you cancel after launch, no further payment is due.
For one-off builds, you own the website and all its content outright once the final invoice is paid. For monthly plan customers, the website remains hosted on our infrastructure; if you cancel, we'll provide you with a copy of your site files so you can host it elsewhere.
We're responsible for delivering the agreed work to a professional standard and within the agreed timescales. We make every effort to ensure hosting uptime, security and backups, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or be held liable for losses arising from server outages outside our reasonable control.
SEO results take time and depend on many factors we don't fully control (Google's algorithms, competitor activity, market conditions). We can't guarantee specific rankings or traffic levels. We will, however, do everything reasonably possible to improve your visibility.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content (text, photos, logos) you supply for your website. We're not liable for any third-party copyright claims arising from content you provided.
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version will always be at digidales.com/terms.html. Material changes will be notified to active clients by email.
We'd always rather resolve things over a conversation than via lawyers. If something's wrong, email us and we'll sort it. If it can't be resolved that way, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Email neelabhraj1991@gmail.com and we'll explain anything that's unclear.
