Digidales is a UK-based web design, SEO and IT consulting service. When you contact us through this website or work with us as a client, we'll handle some of your personal data. This page explains what we collect and why.
When you fill in our contact form, we collect:
That's it. We don't track you across the web, we don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
To reply to your enquiry. That's the only reason. We use your email address to send you a reply, your phone number if a call is easier, and your project details to give you a sensible quote.
If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we're working together, plus six years afterwards to comply with UK accounting rules. If you contact us but don't become a client, we'll delete your data within twelve months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Nobody. We use Formspree to receive form submissions (which means your form data passes through their servers en route to our inbox) and standard email providers, but your data isn't passed on, sold, or used for marketing by anyone else.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: tell you what data we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, delete it entirely, or move it elsewhere. Email neelabhraj1991@gmail.com and we'll sort it within a month.
This website doesn't use tracking cookies. No analytics, no ad pixels, no third-party trackers. If we add Google Analytics or similar in future, this page will be updated and you'll be asked to opt in.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
